Session length

Sessions run about 2 hours.

Private sessions

1:1 or two-person sessions are offered on a sliding scale from $140 to $240.

First-time session rate is $120.

Adding a second person does not increase the cost.

Small group hosted sessions

For 3–4 people, sessions are treated as hosted private sessions. Total cost is the same sliding scale, $140 to $240.

For 5–6 people, sessions shift to a small group format. Rate is $40 per person, with sliding scale options of $45 or $50. These tiers allow participants to contribute according to capacity and support accessibility, while reflecting the additional relational energy required in a private space.

Larger group classes

For 7–10 people, sessions follow the regular class model. Rate is $40 per person, with sliding scale options of $35 or $30 to maintain accessibility.

Pricing and responsibility

This structure is aligned with how the work feels energetically and relationally. Sliding scales support participation and fairness while keeping sessions viable. The goal is an exchange that feels honest, grounded, and responsible, rather than imposed or extractive.

Cancellations

For 1:1 sessions, there is a $20 cancellation fee. For small group or hosted sessions, cancellation policies are handled on a case-by-case basis.

______

These sessions help you meet and release the deep patterns of tension and holding in your body, often shaped by past experiences of stress, trauma, or overwhelm.

Using breath, touch, and focused awareness, we create the conditions for your body to find more ease and flow, and for your nervous system to settle and find its capacity for balance again.

Each session is about listening to where there’s tension, density, or patterns of holding and armoring in your body and offering support so that your body and mind can remember how to soften and integrate the energy and emotion that’s feeding the pattern of repression or limitation and pain.

What these sessions can offer:

  • A chance to move from feeling stuck or on edge to feeling more settled and safe.

  • Relief from stress, anxiety, or overwhelm.

  • Space to let go of things you’ve been carrying for too long.

  • A chance to feel more at home in your own skin.

  • Less tension in your body and a little more room to breathe.

What people say:

  • “Truly an amazing process!! Transformational! Daniel knows exactly how to help the energy move and his assistance is amazing!” - Kristy

“Daniel is a gifted facilitator, whose grounded-ness and open-ness encourages you to go deep into your self and explore the cracks and crannies of your psyche, nearly impossible (at least for me) to reach otherwise.” - Elizabeth

  • “I was struck by how safe and held I felt…

Daniel's approach is inspiring and clearly comes from his own lived experience. I felt my system open up to a new way of being of both willing in breath (and life) as well as learning to let go. No small thing. I'm so grateful that Daniel is offering this sacred container for the community to become more alive in. I sense doing this work within ourselves can and will, change the culture and the world! If you're even the least curious, try it out!” - Marietta

  • “He has really healthy boundaries and sharp insight, along with an ability to carry one through the process as deeply as they are willing to go. ” — Emily

“Daniel is a skillful, inspiring and sensitive instructor. I did a series with him after my brain surgery and it was an incredibly powerful healing experience for me.” - Rachel

“Having lived with an autoimmune disease, I’ve seen many medical practitioners as well as participated extensively in mental health therapy and life coaching. However, I've never met a professional who spends time and makes the effort to get to know and understand what's happening for me in the way that Daniel does."

“it’s clear that he has a deeper calling to do this work, and I became overwhelmingly grateful to be on the receiving end of his purpose.” - Mahkame
