Everything in the known universe is a dance of electromagnetism: Yin and Yang, Sun and Moon, Electric and Magnetic.
When we inhale, we experience our electrical nature… activation, expansion, inspiration.
When we exhale, we return to our magnetic nature… grounding, integration, rest.
As Walter Russell once wrote, “If we think we are tired or ill, it is only because we have done something to unbalance the bodily conductivity of the universal electric current that motivates it.”
Somatic Alignment Sessions
Somatic Alignment sessions are about meeting the stuck places in your body.
Places that hold old stress and stories. We create space for those places to soften.
We use breath, awareness, and hands-on support to help your body find more space and ease. It’s not about forcing anything to happen. It’s about listening and working with what’s already there.
The aim isn’t to fix you. It’s to give your body and nervous system a chance to settle and find their own way back to balance.
When that happens, it can bring real shifts. Feeling a little lighter. A little clearer. A little more like yourself.
Group Breathwork Classes
These classes are a group process — something like a conversation between bodies that are learning to remember something they already know.
These sessions create space to feel what's actually present — not to manufacture an experience, but to let something land that's been waiting to. We use simple breathing patterns, guided presence, and the intelligence of the group field to create the conditions for that.
Gentle breathing often has the deepest impact. This is because it helps stop the system from bracing against itself long enough for something underneath to begin to move.
We begin soft, build into a fuller, more connected breath, and return again to the gentlest breath we can find. Throughout, we track what the body is actually feeling alongside what the mind is doing with it — and slowly, the gap between those two things begins to close.
Wholistic Health Coaching
Through breathwork, somatic energy alignment, de-armoring, evolutionary biology, and trauma release work, I’ve found that most physical and mental challenges can be shifted. But lasting results still depend on the rhythms of daily life: the foods we eat, the sleep we get, the work we do, the relationships we have, and how we move, rest, and connect with the world around us.
I’ve spent my life exploring these pieces and learning how to find balance among them. It’s an honor to offer personalized support for others who are finding their own version of that balance.
