    These monthly classes weave conscious connected breathing with metaphor and some visualization cues that help the body and brain reconnect through breath.

    We also include Somatic Energy Alignment, which combines the breathwork with de-armoring bodywork and energy work.

    This helps restore communication between the body and brain by working with the organs, key nerves such as the vagus nerve, and the body’s five diaphragms or belts of tension.

    The focus is on nervous system attunement and softening old patterns of tension, stress, and overwhelm.

    You’ll learn simple breathing patterns that open more space in the breath, body, and mind. Whether you’re new to breathwork or have practiced before, this is a space to slow down and meet yourself in a new way.

    Each session helps unwind deeper holding in the body and invites our energy to find its natural rhythm again.

    As we bring awareness to stuck places, survival patterns begin to soften. Each breath becomes a way to feel what’s actually here, and to let the body guide what happens next.


    These sessions can offer:
    • A deeper sense of safety and connection
    • Relief from stress and overwhelm
    • Space to release tension, fear, and old protective layers
    • More trust in our body’s signals and our own knowing.
    • A clearer sense of who we are, what we want, what our purpose is, and what we might be grateful for.
