Somatic Alignment sessions

These sessions address deeply held tension and blockages in the physical and energy bodies, which are built as a result of unprocessed past traumas, stress or  overwhelm.

Using our breath, energy work and De-armoring tools, we aim to enable the natural flow of energy through our body and restoring our nervous system capacity​

The sessions are specifically designed to bring significant shifts in your consciousness.

By softening area’s of tension that might be impeding us from feeling aligned, abundant, and loved.

We will support the process of regulating your nervous system, gaining resilience, activating your life force and opening your body (SOMA) into a state of expansion.

Group Breathwork classes

Breathwork classes are a process of co collaboration and group discussion between each persons nervous system. Often times gentler breathing techniques provide an even greater impact as it allows each person to find greater attunement to themselves and their needs in the moment which translates as clearer communication between the facilitator and the other participants which results in a greater level of safety and trust. We start with very subtle breaths and gradually work up to a conscious connected breath for a period of time. Then, we return to the softest breath possible. Throughout these classes, we will focus more on exhaling and relaxing, letting go and creating space. We will use guided imagery and pay close attention to how our body feels in relationship to the thoughts we think in order to create new pathways in our brain by thinking certain thoughts and breathing certain breaths.

Through the exploration and practice of applying breathwork, somatic energy alignment, de-armouring, polyvagal theory, and truama release, most physical and mental ailments tend to be resolved; however, our daily habits and our internal and external environment still play a crucial role in determining our level of lasting results.

The foods we eat, the sleep we get, the jobs we work, and the relationships we have, along with our level of physical activity, our exposure to sunlight, and our connection to nature, are all major factors in our overall level of health and vitality.

I've spent my life exploring ways of finding balance in all of these areas of life and offering personalized levels of support to individuals who are actively exploring this balance for themselves is a great honor.
